Afrilanthropy is a solidarity platform dedicated to promoting social entrepreneurs in Africa, with a strong focus on empowering women and youth. By supporting impactful initiatives across the continent, Afrilanthropy aims to foster inclusive development and sustainable change.
In Luxembourg, Afrilanthropy also acts locally through Riding the Rainbow (www.ridingtherainbow.com)—a tech-for-good initiative that promotes social integration by enabling the direct donation of preloved items to refugees and vulnerable families. The platform serves as a bridge between communities, creating opportunities for empathy and connection. It actively engages youth in volunteering, solidarity events, and intercultural exchange, turning them into key actors of inclusion and community cohesion.
Through various Erasmus Plus funded projects, Afrilanthropy extends its mission of empowerment and innovation thanks to a number of projects leveraging the power of sports as a vehicle to promote a more compassionate and inclusive society.
Afrilanthropy is member of Cercle de la Cooperation, Anna Lindh Foundation and IMS Luxembourg.
